1. Manage Your Privacy Preferences

At LeTip of Orange we respect your right to control how your personal information is used. As a California resident under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and to limit the use of sensitive personal information.

Please note that LeTip of Orange does not sell personal information and does not use advertising or retargeting cookies on this website.

2.1 Opt-out of Sale or Sharing — Request that we stop selling or sharing your personal information. We do not sell personal information.

2.2 Limit Use of Sensitive Information — Request that we limit the use or disclosure of your sensitive personal information.

2.3 Right to Know — Request access to the personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months.

2.4 Right to Delete — Request deletion of your personal information that we have collected, subject to certain exceptions such as text-message consent records we must retain.

2.5 Right to Correct — Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

2.6 Right to Data Portability — Request a copy of your personal information in a portable and usable format.

2.7 Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

3. Text Message Opt-Out

You can stop receiving text messages from LeTip of Orange at any time by replying STOP to any message. Text HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing texts does not affect non-marketing texts you separately consented to, and vice versa — reply STOP to the relevant message stream, or contact us to update all preferences at once.

4. Global Privacy Control

If your browser or browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal we will honor it as a valid opt-out request automatically. No form submission is required.

5. How We Will Respond

Once we receive your request we will confirm receipt within 10 business days, verify your identity to protect your information, process and respond to your request within 45 days, and notify you if we need additional time (maximum 90 days total).
